Store Policy

To ensure your satisfaction, unused products and accessories can be exchanged or issued a store credit within 14 days of purchase with a copy of your sales receipt.

Returns and Exchanges

We will accept merchandise for exchange or store credit that was purchased from within 14 days of receipt. There is no restocking fee for qualified returns. We do not accept any returns on instrument items once opened. Store Gift Certificates are non-refundable. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. But realize, we're pretty confident you'll be thrilled with every purchase.

Web orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Domestic orders shipped via ground services average 3-5 business days to reach their destinations. Additional shipping services are available at our customer?s discretion.
